Pulmonary metastases in soft tissue, such as sarcoma and osteosarcoma, are associated with a poor prognosis. A complete surgical resection has been proven to prolong survival. We report four cases of sarcoma with pulmonary metastases, all with differing progressions, prognoses, and management.
