Background: Health-related quality of life is an important patient-reported outcome, which can be assessed using instruments such as the Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) Quality of Life (MSA-QoL) scale. Intraocular tumours, such as choroidal haemangioma, can cause exudative retinal detachments, which mimic central serous chorioretinopathy. Key symptoms of a choroidal haemangioma include reduced visual acuity, visual field defects, and metamorphopsia. More rarely, it can cause photopsia, myodesopsia, and pain.

Extra-pulmonary manifestations of tuberculosis can have diverse presentations depending on the affected organs. In this case report, we describe a case of a 50-year-old man of South Asian origin who presented with acute adrenal crisis on a background of undiagnosed miliary tuberculosis. Imaging after repeated episodes of adrenal crisis and seizures revealed bilaterally enlarged adrenals and cerebral tuberculomas, suggesting adrenal and central nervous system involvement.

Many people with chronic hepatitis C infection don't engage in treatment. To eliminate hepatitis C and avoid health inequalities therapy must be provided to everyone. In other diseases peers with lived experience of the condition have improved care but, for hepatitis C, studies have not shown unequivocal benefit.
