Mystery burns and nocturnal seizure safety.

Thermal burn injuries are common and are associated with physical and psychologic repercussions. For epileptic patients, the risk for environmental injuries is remarkably higher. We present 2 cases of thermal burn injuries following nocturnal seizures.
