Introduction: Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) represents a significant public health burden. ADHD is often comorbid with many other psychiatric disorders, with a high co-occurrence with depression. However, there is a paucity in our understanding of the potential impact of treating patients' ADHD on their depressive symptoms.

Criteria for diagnosis of inflammatory back pain include an onset below 50 years. Using the US National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data for 2009-2010, we showed that 3% of adults aged 50-69 years have features of CIBP with onset on or after 50 years.

Methods: We conducted a randomized clinical trial in patients with knee osteoarthritis to assess the efficacy of providing a video for entertainment education, in combination with two booklets, compared with providing the booklets alone. We evaluated changes in scores on a patient knowledge questionnaire, the Decisional Conflict Scale, the Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Effective Consumer Scale between baseline and same day, 3 months, and 6 months post intervention.
Paget disease of bone is a benign disorder characterized by focal areas of increased bone turnover in one or more skeletal sites. It usually affects older adults, and men are at a higher risk than women. Any bone may be affected, but the disease has a high preference for the pelvis, spine, skull, and long bones.

Methods: We searched 4 electronic databases from inception to January 2016, clinicaltrials.gov, and bibliographies of relevant articles.
Purpose: Bone health education and implementation of preventive measures are key to effective management of osteoporosis. We assessed areas of knowledge deficits with respect to bone health in breast and prostate cancer survivors and the preferred source of health information
Methods: We used a mixed methods approach. We conducted 20 semi-structured interviews in breast or prostate cancer survivors receiving hormonal therapy.
Background: There is a growing recognition of the importance of lifestyle behavior change for health promotion and disease prevention, as well as the concomitant influence of patient-physician communication on effective behavior change. Mobile technology is increasingly being recognized as an important and efficient tool to collect patients' health behavior data and facilitate patient-physician communication.
Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of an iPod touch-based health behavior assessment (HBA) tool in enhancing patient-physician collaborative goal-setting for health promotion in primary care.
Background: A well-defined treatment strategy for elderly patients with resectable pancreatic cancer is lacking. Multiple reports have described highly selected older cancer patients who have successfully undergone pancreatectomy. However, multimodality therapy is essential for long-term survival, and elderly patients are at high risk for not receiving adjuvant therapy postoperatively.

Geriatric assessment (GA) has been used to evaluate HCT candidates but can be time-consuming. We therefore sought to determine the predictive ability of two screening tools, the Vulnerable Elders Survey (VES-13) and the G8, for abnormal GA or frailty.
