Higher bioavailability of doxycycline in broiler chickens with a novel in-feed pharmaceutical formulation.

Bioavailability of a new, long-acting (LA) pharmaceutical preparation for administering doxycycline as in-feed medication to broiler chickens was compared to the standard in-feed administration of doxycycline.
