Lumbar synovial cysts (LSC) that protrude into the spinal canal can cause lower back pain, neurogenic claudication, and radiculopathy. Often diagnosed in the elderly population (typically ∼60 years of age) with a slight preponderance for females, their underlying etiology is thought to be due to degeneration of the adjacent facet joint, with the most common location at the level of L4-L5. Treatment of LSC can be conservative (with NSAIDs and physical therapy), percutaneous (with rupture), or surgically (with decompression with or without fusion).

Methods: The NeuroVascular Quality Initiative Quality Outcomes Database (NVQI-QOD) Cerebral Aneurysm Registry, a multiinstitutional, prospectively collected procedural database, was queried for cases of unruptured WN-MCA aneurysms treated with MS or EVT between 2015 and 2022.

ERCP through an already existing duodenal prosthesis is an uncommon procedure and furthermore no studies have reported installing a covered metal stent onto an already existing bare metal stent in the common bile duct (CBD). We describe a rare case of a stent-in-stent dilatation of the CBD through an already existing self-expanding metal stent in the second part of duodenum for the patient presenting with jaundice in setting of biliary and duodenal obstruction from pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Aim: To examine the discrepancy, if any, between the endoscopist's estimate and pathologist's measurement of colonic polyp size.
Methods: We retrospectively studied 88 patients who underwent colonoscopy with a clear unequivocal documentation of polyp size by both endoscopist and pathologist. Endoscopist measurements were based on the visual estimate of polyp size seen on high definition screens.

The most common sites of metastasis include the bone, lymph nodes, lung, liver, pleura, and adrenal glands, whereas metastatic prostate cancer involving the gastrointestinal tract has been rarely reported. A 64-year-old African-American man with a history of prostate cancer presented with anemia.
