Purpose: Donor site morbidity is the main drawback to using bone-patellar tendon-bone (BPTB) as a graft in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. The objective of the study was to determine whether refilling the patellar bone defect after BPTB harvesting with autograft bone decreased kneeling pain to a greater degree when compared with a group in which bone defect is left unaddressed.
Methods: This is a randomised single-blinded controlled study.

Purpose: The role of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) in supporting the formation of new meniscal tissue in a meniscal scaffold is not well understood. Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of systematic lateral retinacular release (LRR) on anterior knee pain (AKP), as well as its impact on the functional and radiological outcomes after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) with patellar resurfacing.

Locking compression plate (LCP) osteosynthesis is the gold standard treatment for Vancouver B1 and VC fractures and there is a growing consensus in doing the same with B2 fractures in patients with high comorbidity. Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the posterior tibial translation after ultracongruent (UC) and posterior-stabilized (PS) total knee arthroplasty (TKA) with two different UC with different heights in the anterior lip, and two different PS designs.
