A theoretical analysis of free Gibbs Energy and NMR 1H 13C chemical shifts of the effect of introduce methyl groups on diphenyl rings, to produce different isomers of (E)-1-(α,Ꞵ-dimethylbenzylidene)-2,2-diphenylhydrazine, is presented. IR vibrational frequencies, Mulliken charges, molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), Gibbs free energy (G) and 1H- and 13C-NMR chemical shifts were obtained by theoretical calculations. In this analysis it was found that the position of the methyl group affects the values of the 1H- and 13C-NMR chemical shifts and the ∆G and ∆H thermodynamic properties of formation and reaction, these properties vary with the same trend, for the isomers studied.

Tuberculous lymphadenitis is the most common entity of abdominal tuberculosis, which occurs due to reactivation of a latent focus. Its diagnosis requires a high degree of suspicion, for which it requires endoscopic, radiological, and histopathological studies. In the evaluation of lymphadenopathies, endoscopic ultrasound-guided aspiration puncture plays an important role.

Low-back pain (LBP) is the leading cause of disability worldwide. Around 75-84% of the world's population will experience LBP at some point, establishing it as a major global health problem. e-Health is the remote delivery of therapeutic services, clinical information, and medical care, and may prove a very useful approach to tackle this pathology.

Backgrounds: One of the leading causes of death in the worldwide is postpartum hemorrhage, one of the surgical resources is the use of uterine compression suture described by Christopher B-Lynch and some modifications of the technique.

Objective: To review the effectiveness of the modified technique describd by B-Lynch in early postpartum hemorrhage secondary to uterine atony refractory to medical treatment.

Material And Methods: We performed a descriptive and case study of cases of uterine atony treated with the B-Lynch modified technique in our center between march 2012 to september 2013.

Objective: Determine the factors that contribute to the technical difficulty of endoscopic clearance of common bile duct (CBD) stones in patients that underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).

Methods: Prospective study included 90 patients, who underwent ERCP and an endoscopic sphincterotomy for the extraction of CBD stone. Between April 2009 and March 2010 at Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital.
