Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) of the breast is a rare, ulcerative disease of rapid onset normally associated with systemic disorders and triggered by surgery or trauma. Pyoderma gangrenosum poses a diagnostic challenge. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are essential to minimize morbidity and sequelae.
