This type of cancer pathology is tackled with surgical techniques summarized in simple vulvectomy or vulvectomy with unilateral or bilateral lymphadenectomy according to staging of cutaneous involvement. The morbidity of this surgical process is mainly grouped in skin moisture, dehiscence and infection.
