Objective: to evaluate the association of family factors with malnutrition and oral condition in adolescence.
Methods: a cross-sectional study of 456 adolescents was carried out to examine associations between family factors and risk for overweight or overweight (ROoO), risk for short stature or short stature (RSSoSS), and a DMFT (decayed, filled and missing-teeth) index > or = 8.
Results: the risk factors for ROoO were maternal educational level of high school or above (OR = 1.
