Correlation of serum Klotho, fetuin-A, and MGP levels with coronary artery calcification in maintenance hemodialysis patients.

Objective: This study was to investigate the role of serum Klotho, fetuin-A, and Matrix Gla Protein (MGP) in Coronary Artery Calcification (CAC) in patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis (MHD) and their predictive value for CAC.

Methods: 100 patients receiving MHD were selected. Serum Klotho, fetuin-A, and MGP levels were detected by ELISA.
