The aim of this study was to screen for the anti-inflammatory activity of fractions and compounds from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. The rhizomes of Atractylodes macrocephala were treated with supercritical CO(2) fluid and the extract was separated by normal-phase and reverse-phase column chromatography.
