Objective: To study whether varicocele repair would improve sperm capacitation and probability of generating a pregnancy.
Methods: Data were collected prospectively from 40 consecutive adult men who presented with infertility confirmed by semen analysis (SA) and found to have a varicocele on exam or ultrasound who underwent unilateral or bilateral subinguinal microscopic varicocelectomy. We recorded pre and postoperative SA, Cap-Score, and probability of generating a pregnancy (PGP) with a 3-month follow-up.
Purpose: Selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are frequently used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) in men. We performed a Cochrane review to assess the efficacy of SSRI treatment for PE.
Materials And Methods: We extensively searched a range of databases up to May 2020 and only included randomized controlled trials.

Background: Premature ejaculation (PE) is a common problem among men that occurs when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex; it may cause unhappiness and relationship problems. Selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs), which are most commonly used as antidepressants are being used to treat this condition.
Objectives: To assess the effects of SSRIs in the treatment of PE in adult men.

Background: Despite efforts to preserve the neurovascular bundles with nerve-sparing surgery, erectile dysfunction remains common following radical prostatectomy. Postoperative penile rehabilitation seeks to restore erectile function but results have been conflicting.
Objectives: To evaluate the effects of penile rehabilitation strategies in restoring erectile function following radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer.
Varicoceles affect approximately 15% of male patients, most of whom have resolution of symptoms and objective findings with microscopic subinguinal varicocelectomy. We present an interesting case of a 16-year-old male patient with persistent symptomatic varicocele despite varicocelectomy and gonadal vein embolization.
