Schistosomiasis is a major public health problem in sub-Saharan Africa and, in particular, in Cameroon. It is the second parasitic disease endemic after malaria and it is favoured by the coexistence of bioclimatic zones. We report the case of a 6-years old girl presenting with clinical deficit syndrome and medullary infiltration mimicking tumor on medical imaging.
