We present a rare case of leukemia cutis presenting with an ulcer on the ventral penis. A 60-year-old Chinese man was referred for a penile ulcer of 10 days. He was diagnosed with acute myelomonocytic leukemia 6 months earlier and had received 2 cycles of venetoclax with azacitidine.
