Background: A ureteroileal anastomosis stricture (UAS) is one of the most frequent complications after radical cystectomy. Open surgical repair is the treatment of choice but is associated with morbidity.

Objective: To describe the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic management for benign secondary UAS.
