Septal and posterior sliding plasty in tricuspid valve endocarditis.

The tricuspid valve can be affected in left-sided infective endocarditis. We present a new technique to repair anteroseptal tricuspid valve commissure. It was employed in a patient with left-sided infective endocarditis with intervalvular fibrous body abscess.
