Introduction And Objectives: We report the results of the 2023 Spanish catheter ablation registry.
Methods: Procedural data were collected and incorporated into the REDCap platform by all participating centers through a specific form.
Results: There were 104 participating centers in 2023 compared with 103 in 2022.
Background: Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) may be achieved in various anatomical sites within the interventricular septum (IVS), thus influencing paced QRS duration (QRSd).The purpose of this study was to determine whether paced QRS axis (QRSâ) and predominant polarity in inferior leads could be associated with a shorter paced QRSd.
Methods: We analyzed paced QRSd, QRSâ, polarity in inferior leads, and IVS thickness in patients referred for LBBP.

Background: Clinical management of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) non-responders is difficult, and their prognosis is poor. The aim of the present study was to evaluate whether treatment with sacubitril/valsartan can improve quality of life (QoL) parameters in these patients.
Methods: Thirty five non-responders to CRT were included (75 ± 7 years, 28% females, mean left ventricular ejection fraction 28 ± 8%, 54% non-ischemic cardiomyopathy) with maximally optimized drug therapy and New York Heart Association class II-III.
A 44-year-old woman with a past history of surgical ablation of an accessory pathway presented to our facility with episodes of palpitations and dizziness. An ECG showed sinus rhythm with a prolonged PR interval and a preexcited QRS complex. An EP study revealed AV conduction through a postero-septal accessory pathway and a prolonged PR interval due to severe intra-atrial conduction delay.

Effective detection of subclinical AF (SCAF) has important therapeutic implications. We conducted a prospective study to determine the prevalence of SCAF in patients with ESUS through of a 21-day Holter monitoring.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of a novel SVC isolation technique using the third-generation cryoballoon (CB3).
Methods: Patients undergoing atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation were prospectively included.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to compare sex differences of atrial fibrillation (AF) catheter ablation (CA) and to analyse the opportunities for improved outcomes.
Methods And Results: All data were collected from the Atrial Fibrillation Ablation Long-Term registry, a prospective, multinational study conducted by the ESC-EORP European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) under the EURObservational Research Programme (ESC-EORP). A total of 104 centres in 27 European countries participated.
Brugada phenocopies (BrPs) are clinical entities that differ in etiology from true congenital Brugada syndrome but have identical electrocardiographic (ECG) patterns. Hyperkalemia is known to be one of the causes of BrP. The aim of this study was to determine the clinical characteristics and evolution of hyperkalemia-induced BrP.
