This report presents a rare case of a giant Nevus Lipomatosus Cutaneous Superficialis (NLCS) on the vulva of a 38-year-old female. The patient underwent excisional surgery and electrodesiccation for complete lesion removal. Recurrence following CO laser treatment was observed.
