Natural Semantic Networks: The Concept of Mistreatment and Good Treatment in Students of Health Careers.

Natural semantic networks (NSNs) provide an approach to understanding concepts in terms of their density and strength. The objective of this study was to conceptualize mistreatment and good treatment among health science students in Chile, according to gender and training cycle. : A mixed-methods study with a relational scope was conducted, involving 994 health science students.

[Design of a real and perceived academic workload measurement instrument for health care undergraduate students].

Background: A high academic workload may have adverse consequences among university students.

Aim: To design and validate an instrument to measure both real and perceived academic workload for health care students.

Material And Methods: The questionnaire was designed based on a bibliographic revision and the conduction of two focus groups conformed by undergraduate students from a Faculty of Medicine.

Perceptions of the educational environment among undergraduate physical therapy students in a competency-based curriculum at the University of Chile.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the educational environment (EE) among students in a physical therapy undergraduate program, to identify patterns in EE perceptions among the students by year, and to determine issues that should be addressed.

Methods: The Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) questionnaire was used to explore the relationships among the total mean score, subscales, and items in a competency-based curriculum in the physical therapy program at the University of Chile. The DREEM questionnaire was filled out by 166 of 244 students (68.
