Vascular abnormalities in horseshoe kidney.

50 year old male with history of renal colic presenting to the emergency room with left colic pain. On ultrasound horseshoe kidneys were visualized without hydronephrosis or stones. CT scan: horseshoe kidney with inferior isthmus, no signs of nephrolithiasis or urolithiasis.
