Background: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma comprises nearly 30% of non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases and patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who are ineligible for stem-cell transplantation have few treatment options and poor prognoses. This retrospective study included two cohorts of NDMM patients diagnosed between 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2013 and 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017.
