The main goal of the presented study is to introduce a model of a pairwise invasion interaction with a nonlinear diffusion and advection. The new equation is based on the further general works introduced by Bramson (1988) to describe the invasive-invaded dynamics. This type of model is made particular with a density dependent diffusion along with an advection term.

The goal of this study is to provide an analysis of a Fisher-KPP non-linear reaction problem with a higher-order diffusion and a non-linear advection. We study the existence and uniqueness of solutions together with asymptotic solutions and positivity conditions. We show the existence of instabilities based on a shooting method approach.

The presented analysis has the aim of introducing general properties of solutions to an Extended Darcy-Forchheimer flow. The Extended Darcy-Forchheimer set of equations are introduced based on mathematical principles. Firstly, the diffusion is formulated with a non-homogeneous operator, and is supported by the addition of a non-linear advection together with a non-uniform reaction term.

In recent years, nanocarbon materials have attracted the interest of researchers due to their excellent properties. Nanocarbon-based flame retardant polymer composites have enhanced thermal stability and mechanical properties compared with traditional flame retardant composites. In this article, the unique structural features of nanocarbon-based materials and their use in flame retardant polymeric materials are initially introduced.
