A type primary amyloidosis of the urinary bladder: Clinical case and bibliographic review.

Objective: Amyloidosis is a disease characterised by deposition of eosinophilic hyaline material in different tissues. Urinary bladder involvement is uncommon with less than 200 cases of the primary form published in the literature. We present a new case of primary AA type amyloidosis of the urinary bladder (typical of secondary forms).

Primary tuberculosis of the glans penis.

Objective: Tuberculosis of the penis is an extremely rare disease with few cases reported in the literature.

Method: We present the case of a 64 year-old man with a whitish papular-ampullary eruption in the glans penis. After antibiotic/antimycotic therapy and several topical ointments for 3 months without response he was referred to our Department.
