[Pheochromocytoma and pregnancy. A case report].

Background: Pheochromocytoma is a tumor originating in the chromaffin cells. These tumors secrete catecholamines which act on target organs and cause hypertensive crises. They are rare during pregnancy, and a differential diagnosis must be carried out mainly with pregnancy-induced hypertension.

[Herpes gestationis. A case report].

Case report. 21 years old woman with 30 week pregnancy, complicated by a 3 month multitreated skin condition, who was referred to General Hospital Morelia, with probable diagnosis of Kapossi sarcoma and sus- pected HIV. She presented with exulcerations involving the palate, lips, chest, abdomen, back and extremities.

[Genital tuberculosis and pregnancy to term. Case report].

[Comparative trial between traditional cesarean section and Misgav-Ladach technique].

Background: The cesarean section was designed to extract to the neoborn, when the childbirth becomes difficult by the natural routes. The institutional obstetrical work demands long surgical time and high raw materials; therefore, simpler procedures must be implemented.

Objective: To compare traditional cesarean section vs Misgav-Ladach technique to assess surgical time, and hospital stay and costs.
