Epithelioid angiosarcoma of the skin. A malignant tumor mimicking many different neoplasms.

Epithelioid angiosarcomas are rare malignant mesenchymal tumors. The main problem of these tumors is the complicate clinical and histological diagnosis. We report a case with an immunohistochemical panel.
