Methods: A retrospective observational study including all patient mortalities between January 2009 and December 2019. Cause of death and characteristics of support during the dying process were collected.

Background: Nutritional complications have an impact in both short- and long-term morbidity of patients with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). We aimed to compare time to full enteral tube feeding depending on route -gastric (GT) or transpyloric (TPT)- in newborns with left CDH (L-CDH).

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) survivors are at risk of developing significant chronic health conditions and disabilities. The main purpose of this study was to compare the outcomes of CDH infants at 2 years of age (2y) according to whether the infants had undergone fetoscopic tracheal occlusion (FETO) during the prenatal period and characterize the relationship between morbidity at 2y and perinatal characteristics. Neurodevelopmental Impairment at Two Years in Premature Infants with Prolonged Patency of Ductus Arteriosus after a Conservative Approach.

Objective: The study aims to assess the impact on neurodevelopmental outcomes of a prolonged hemodynamically significant patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) after a conservative treatment.

Study Design: This involves the study of two cohorts of preterm infants 23 to 29 weeks gestation, before ( = 29) and after ( = 54) a conservative approach of PDA. We compared survival, major outcomes, and neurodevelopmental impairment (NDI) at 2 years and analyzed NDI in the conservative cohort according to the duration of the PDA.
