Unlabelled: Rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder is a sleep disturbance characterized by the absence of regular paralysis during rapid eye movement sleep, accompanied by dream enactment behavior. The available pharmacotherapy options for treating rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder are limited, and the utilization of antidepressants has yielded mixed results. We report 3 cases of isolated rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder improved with trazodone.
