Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antiphospholipid antibodies, which can lead to both arterial and venous thrombosis. Neurological manifestations of antiphospholipid syndrome are diverse and can include stroke, seizures, and transient ischemic attacks. We present the case of an elderly patient with right hemisyndrome secondary to underlying antiphospholipid syndrome.
