Purpose: We aimed to analyze the characteristics and long-term follow-up results of unexpected enhancing lesions on preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of breast cancer patients.
Methods: From August 2007 through February 2010, second-look ultrasound (SLUS) was recommended for 84 of 312 breast cancer patients having unexpected enhancing lesions on MRI. SLUS was performed for 85 unexpected enhancing lesions in 72 patients.
Objective: The purpose of our study was to assess the diagnostic performance of breast MRI in evaluating residual disease in patients after excisional biopsy for breast cancer on the basis of both morphologic and kinetic features.
Materials And Methods: Of 5304 breast MRI examinations performed between January 2007 and December 2011, 308 evaluated postoperative sites after excisional biopsy of breast cancer. Among these, 203 patients who were not treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy before MRI and underwent definitive surgery within 30 days after MRI were enrolled.

Purpose: To determine the incidence, clinical course, and outcomes of infectious disease during pregnancy.
Methods: A retrospective review was performed of pregnant woman with infectious lung diseases including pneumonia and active tuberculosis. Demographic, clinical data and radiologic findings were collected for all the cases identified.
Aim: To evaluate the accuracy of depth measurements on supine chest computed tomography (CT) for transthoracic needle biopsy (TNB).
Materials And Methods: We measured skin-lesion depths from the skin surface to nodules on both prebiopsy supine CT scans and CT scans obtained during cone beam CT-guided TNB in the supine (n=29) or prone (n=40) position in 69 patients, and analyzed the differences between the two measurements, based on patient position for the biopsy and lesion location.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of combined fluoroscopy- and CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy (FC-TNB) using a cone beam CT system in comparison to fluoroscopy-guided TNB (F-TNB).
