An energy crisis, resulting from rapid population growth and advancements in the Internet of Things, has increased the importance of energy management strategies. Conventionally, energy management is conducted using sensors; however, additional energy is required to maintain sensor operation within these systems. Herein, an all-fiber-based triboelectric nanogenerator with O plasma treatment, graphene oxide/tannic acid solution coating, and hexane/1-octadecanethiol solution coating (AFT-OGH) is fabricated to implement a self-powered sensor, generating a high electrical power density, of 0.

This can be achieved through a reduction in fossil fuel utilization and through carbon sequestration, which reduces the concentration of CO in the atmosphere. In this study, a self-sustainable impact sensor is proposed through implementing a triboelectric nanogenerator with a CaCO contact layer fabricated via a CO absorption method.

This study combines a mask-shaped triboelectric nanogenerator (M-TENG) and machine learning for facile daily sleep monitoring without the specialized equipment or experts. The fabricated M-TENG demonstrates its excellent ability to detect respiration, even distinguishing oral and nasal breath.

Seven natural mediators were used to replace synthetic mediators and successfully overcome the low redox potential of laccase and limited access of melanin to the active site of laccase. The melanin decolorization activity of laccases from (lacT) and (lacM) was significantly enhanced using natural mediators including acetosyringone, syringaldehyde, and acetovanillone, which showed low cytotoxicity.
