A set of newly designed Vitaceae baits targeting 1013 genes was employed to explore phylogenetic relationships among North American Vitis. Eurasian Vitis taxa including Vitis vinifera were found to be nested within North American Vitis subgenus Vitis. Here, we report an ambient-pressure X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy study, coupled with in situ environmental transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, and theoretical calculations, to elucidate the surface catalytic sites of colloidal Ni nanoparticles for CO hydrogenation. We show that Ni nanoparticles with phosphine ligands exhibit a distinct surface evolution compared with amine-capped ones, owing to the diffusion of P under oxidative (air) or reductive (CO + H) gaseous environments at elevated temperatures.

Purpose: To characterize the presentation, clinical course, and treatment of a series of children with leukemic optic neuropathy.
Methods: Patients with leukemia who were treated at a tertiary children's hospital for optic nerve infiltration were included (n = 11). Demographic information, cancer history, ophthalmologic examination findings, treatment, and outcomes were retrospectively collected.
The present study examined the effect of anchor schemes on the time to task failure (TTF), performance fatigability, neuromuscular responses, and the perceived sensations that contributed to task termination following the sustained, isometric forearm flexion tasks. Eight women completed sustained, isometric forearm flexion tasks anchored to RPE = 8 (RPEFT) and the torque (TRQFT) that corresponded to RPE = 8. The subjects performed pre-test and post-test maximal isometric contractions to quantify performance fatigability and changes in electromyographic amplitude (EMG AMP) and neuromuscular efficiency (NME).

Objectives: To describe demographic and clinical characteristics of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD) with the presence of at least one Suboptimal Healthcare Interaction (SOHI) event, which can inform the development of a model to predict SOHI in members with IBD based on insurance claims, with the goal of offering these patients some additional intervention.
Methods: We identified commercially insured individuals with IBD between 01 January 2019 and 31 December 2019 using Optum Labs' administrative claims database.
To evaluate applicants' and programs' experiences during the 2019 and 2020 fellowship application seasons. An anonymous survey of vitreoretinal surgery fellowship program directors (PDs) (n = 21) and applicants from the 2019 traditional (n = 24) and 2020 virtual (n = 17) match cycles (before and during COVID-19 pandemic, respectively) was conducted. Purpose: For patients with hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) metastatic breast cancer (MBC), first-line treatment is endocrine therapy (ET) plus cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibition (CDK4/6i). After disease progression, which often comes with resistance mutations (ESR1-MUT), which therapies to use next and for which patients are open questions. An active area of exploration is treatment with further CDK4/6i, particularly abemaciclib, which has distinct pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties compared with the other approved CDK4/6 inhibitors, palbociclib and ribociclib.

Background: Contemporary clinical and empirical perspectives indicate that management of the psychosocial features of stuttering is fundamental for effective treatment. Interventions that improve psychosocial outcomes for school-age children who stutter are, therefore, needed.
Aims: This systematic review identifies what psychosocial outcomes have been explored in existing school-age clinical research, the measures used and the potential treatment effects.
Importance: An intervention model (the Parent-focused Redesign for Encounters, Newborns to Toddlers; the PARENT intervention) for well-child care that integrates a community health worker into preventive care services may enhance early childhood well-child care.
Objective: To examine the effectiveness of the PARENT intervention vs usual care for parents with children younger than 2 years of age.
Design, Setting, And Participants: A cluster randomized clinical trial was conducted between March 2019 and July 2022.
Introduction: Ibrutinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor approved for multiple B-cell malignancies, including Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia in 2014. Although the drug portends favorable outcomes, it also bears a profile of side effects. Current literature describes only two cases of nonhemorrhagic pericardial effusion associated with ibrutinib use, and here we present the third.
