Objective: To compare the effect of ultrasound (US)-guided dry needling (DN) with traditional DN in the treatment of pain and dysfunction for patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA).
Design: A double-blind, randomized controlled trial.

Recent study found a lateral single-leg drop landing test resulted in the highest peak knee valgus angle (PKVA), but its reliability on patients who received ACL reconstruction (ACLR) is unknown.
