Time-dependent diffusion MRI (TDD-MRI) derived parameters are promising QIBs, as they describe tissue microstructure with more specificity than traditional diffusion-weighted MRI (DW-MRI). Specifically, TDD-MRI can provide information about both restricted diffusion and diffusional exchange, which are the two time-dependent effects affecting diffusion in tissue, and relevant in tumors.

Background: Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder are characterized by social cognitive impairments, and recent research has identified alterations of the social brain. However, it is unknown whether familial high risk (FHR) of these disorders is associated with neurobiological alterations already present in childhood.
Methods: As part of the Danish High Risk and Resilience Study-VIA 11, we examined children at FHR of schizophrenia (n = 121, 50% female) or bipolar disorder (n = 75, 47% female) and population-based control children (PBCs) (n = 128, 48% female).
Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, health authorities recommended less interpersonal physical contact. Our hypothesis was that hospital doctors greet new patients with a handshake less frequently after the pandemic than before.

We aimed to evaluate changes in CTV1 volumes, local control (LC), and recurrence pattern after the implementation of five-millimetre geometrical margins nationally.
Materials And Methods: 1,948 patients with pharyngeal, and laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas completed definitive IMRT-based treatment in 2010-2012 and 2013-2015 in three centres.
Background: Despite adequate hormone substitution in Hashimoto disease, some patients may have persistent symptoms with a possible autoimmune pathophysiology. A recent randomized trial (RCT) using patient-reported outcome measures as the primary endpoint showed benefit in total thyroidectomy, but at a cost of high complication rates.

Background And Hypotheses: Impaired executive control is a potential prognostic and endophenotypic marker of schizophrenia (SZ) and bipolar disorder (BP). Assessing children with familial high-risk (FHR) of SZ or BP enables characterization of early risk markers and we hypothesize that they express impaired executive control as well as aberrant brain activation compared to population-based control (PBC) children.

Although high-resolution low throughput methods like x-ray crystallography can determine epitopes or protein-protein interactions accurately, they are time-consuming and can only be applied to a limited number of complexes. To overcome these limitations, we have developed a rapid computational method that incorporates N-linked glycans to mask epitopes or protein interaction surfaces, thereby providing a mapping of these regions.
