The presence of preoperative tunnel widening and/or malposition can pose technical challenges for revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The diagnosis of POL lesions is challenging, and physical examination is delicate; moreover, they can be easily missed on magnetic resonance imaging. Once recognized, POL lesions must be repaired to restore posteromedial corner kinematics.

After failure of conservative therapy, both patients underwent lunate excision and scaphocapitate and triquetrohamate joints fusion using compression headless screws. Improved functional outcomes are reported at 4 years of follow-up with painless wrists and increased grip strength and ROM.

However, weight regain is seen in patients with a large gastric fundus. In these cases, a revision laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (reLSG) aiming at resecting the excess pouch is a promising option for correction.

Rupture of the posterior tibial tendon within the foot was diagnosed and then treated by hamstring tendon transfer combined with application of autologous biologic preparations. The functional outcome at 18 months was good.

A detailed clinical examination followed by ultrasonography and excisional biopsy confirmed a spindle cell lipoma. Lipomas are rare in the hand and exceptional in the fingers, and we report, to our knowledge, the first spindle cell lipoma in the thumb to help in the differential diagnosis of a similar swelling.
