Background: Splenic artery aneurysm (SAA), a rare condition chiefly affecting women, poses significant challenges for management when it occurs during pregnancy. Reports of successful management of SAA before rupture in pregnancy are limited, with several post-rupture cases reported.
Case: We describe the case of a woman with an SAA of 13 × 9 mm near the hilum of the spleen who subsequently became pregnant.
