Targeted treatment and survival in advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer patients - a nationwide and longitudinal study.

Objectives: We aimed to describe treatment patterns, time on treatment (ToT) and overall survival (OS) for patients with advanced non-squamous, EGFR+, ALK+ and ROS1+ NSCLC in Norway.

Materials And Methods: We extracted data on patients ≥ 18 years diagnosed with advanced non-squamous NSCLC between 2015 and 2022 from the Cancer Registry of Norway and data on cancer drug therapy from the Norwegian Patient Registry and the Norwegian Prescribed Drug Registry. ToT was measured from the date treatment was collected or administered until the last dispensing was depleted or last hospital drug administration.
