The Energy and Nuclear Research Institute (IPEN) is studying the production of the radiopharmaceutical [Lu]Lu-PSMA I&T, in accordance with the good manufacturing practices recommended by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), to be used in the therapy of prostate cancer. This work aims to validate chromatographic methods, Thin-Layer Chromatographic (TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), to determine the radiochemical purity (RCP) of the product. The entire validation process of this work was based on ANVISA's RDC 166, 2017 and the Guide 10, version 1, 2017, guided the statistical treatments adopted.

Selection was carried out between October and December 2023, based on reading titles, abstracts and descriptors, considering the following eligibility criteria: articles, dissertations and theses with different methodological designs available in full, without language and time limitations.
flour, a sustainable source of protein and bioactive compounds, was used as a clean label ingredient in order to reformulate a commercial hummus sauce, replacing egg yolk and modified starch, improving its nutritional quality. For this purpose, the impact of different concentrations of insect flour on the sauce was studied. Rheology properties, texture profile analysis, and the microstructure of the sauces were analyzed.

This study analyzed the thermal comfort conditions at microclimate scale and SUHI for João Pessoa city, Brazil. Micrometeorological data (temperature and air humidity data) collected at 10 stations in 2011 and 2018 were used to calculate Thom's discomfort index (TDI) for João Pessoa city.

Excitation measurements in water (at different pH values) and in methanol, along with computational calculations, demonstrated that the hydroxyl-benzothiazole group of firefly dioxetanone and six oxyluciferin analogues is only deprotonated in conditions not in line with the firefly bioluminescence reaction. Thus, a new mechanism involving a neutral firefly dioxetanone must be presented in order to explain the chemiexcitation of oxyluciferin.

However, they suffer degradation, mainly through exposure towards sunlight and from reactions with disinfectant products such as chlorine. On the basis of their increasing production and use, UV filters and their degradation products have already been detected in the aquatic environment, especially in bathing waters.
