Enterogenous cyst of the third ventricle.

We present the second case of an enterogenous cyst of the third ventricle. This is a 28-year-old woman who presented with a 2 year history of progressive headaches and memory loss. A cystic lesion of the anterior third ventricle was noted on MRI.
