Diagnosis and antimicrobial therapy of Mycoplasma hominis meningitis in adults.

Meningitis in adults due to infection with Mycoplasma hominis is rarely reported. Here, we document the third case of M. hominis meningitis in an adult individual, developed upon neurosurgery following a subarachnoid haemorrhage.
