Introduction: Cerebral palsy (CP) is one of the most severe childhood neurodevelopmental disabilities resulting from non-progressive insult to the developing brain. We aimed to report our experience regarding dental visit attendance, caries prevalence and factors affecting dental access in children with CP in Singapore.

Methods: Patients diagnosed with CP who were born in or after 1994 were included in this study.

A 7-month-old female infant presented with failure to thrive. She was breastfed till 3 months of age, thereafter switched to soy-based milk formula. There was no history to suggest excess energy losses, recurrent infections or chronic diarrhoea.

Introduction: Infantile haemangiomas (IH) are the most common vascular tumours in childhood. Over the past decade, treatment of IH has been revolutionised by the discovery of the effectiveness of beta-blockers in its treatment.
