We report a case of successful response of lung metastases of reccurent adult Wilms' tumor by multiagent chemotherapy. The patient was a 19-year-old woman who had undergone left radical nephrectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy (actinomycin D, vincristine) for stageadult Wilms' tumor when she was 16 years old.
