Chimeric antigen receptor-natural killer (CAR-NK) cells represent a breakthrough in cancer immunotherapy, making this a highly popular research area. However, comprehensive analyses of this field using bibliometric methods are rare. To our knowledge, this study has collected highest number of publications (1,259) on CAR-NK therapy from January 1, 2004, to December 31, 2023, and utilized CiteSpace and VOSviewer to analyze regions, institutions, journals, authors, and keywords to forecast the latest trends in CAR-NK therapy research.

This study aimed to develop a weakly supervised model that only used image-level labels to achieve automatic segmentation of four types of uterine lesions and three types of normal tissues on magnetic resonance images. The MRI data of the patients were retrospectively collected from the database of our institution, and the T2-weighted sequence images were selected and only image-level annotations were made.

This study sought to establish the predictive importance of C5orf34 in a variety of human malignancies and to understand its fundamental immunological function. In our research, we applied a combination of several bioinformatics techniques and basic experiments to investigate the differential expression of C5orf34, and its relationship with prognosis, methylation, single nucleotide variant, clinical characteristics, microsatellite instability, tumor mutational burden, copy number variation, and immune cell infiltration of several cancers from the database that is publicly available with the aim of identifying the potential prognostic markers.

EP300 interacting inhibitor of differentiation 1 (EID1) participates in cell proliferation and invasion. This study aims to investigate the roles of EID1 in trophoblast cells and pre-eclampsia.

Activating transcription factor 3 (ATF3) was upregulated in anterior vaginal wall tissues of POP patients. We hypothesized that upregulation of ATF3 might contribute to POP development.

Background: Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) lowers the quality of life in elderly women, and there have been no studies on its role in the pathogenesis of POP. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of β-catenin on proliferation and collagen anabolism in human vaginal fibroblasts (HVFs).
Materials And Methods: The adherence and differential adherence methods were used to culture and purify HVFs.
