The widespread use of human mesenchymal stem cells(hMSCs) is impeded by functional loss during prolonged expansion. Although multiple approaches have been attempted to preserve hMSCs stemness, a suitable culture system remains to be modified. The interaction between electrical signals and stem cells is expected to better maintain the function of stem cells.

Cross-sectional evaluation of gut microbial-host cometabolites in patients with chronic pancreatitis.

Objectives: Gut bacteria facilitate nutrient metabolism and generate small molecules that form part of the broader "metabolome". It is unclear whether these metabolites are disturbed in chronic pancreatitis (CP). This study aimed to evaluate the gut microbial-host cometabolites and their relationship in patients with CP.

Implementation of the treat-to-target approach and treatment satisfaction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis: perspectives of Chinese rheumatologists.

Objective: To investigate the implementation of treat-to-target (T2T) and treatment satisfaction from Chinese rheumatologists' perspectives.

Methods: This retrospective analysis of a cross-sectional database collected from rheumatologists and their adult patients with RA in China using Adelphi Real World Disease Specific Programme™ methodology. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to evaluate factors associated with T2T use, achievement of T2T goals, and physician treatment satisfaction.

[Clinical Features of Relapsing Polychondritis Patients Presented with Arthropathy].

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of relapsing polychondritis(RP)patients presented with arthropathy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 201 RP patients who were hospitalized in our center between December 2005 and February 2019.After 16 patients with co-existing other autoimmune diseases and malignancies were ruled out,185 RP patients entered the final analysis,among whom 16 RP patients were presented with arthropathy and 169 without arthropathy.

[Response of grain filling characteristics of maize to sowing date.].

To study the effect of different sowing dates on the process of grain filling characteristics, Jingke 528 (JK528) and Zhengdan 958 (ZD958) were used in the field experiment with two sowing dates (10th April and 14th May). The results showed that the 100-grain dry mass and yield of JK528 and ZD958 with the early spring sowing were significantly higher than that with the spring sowing date, which increased by 6.8% and 10.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerance of Felodipine controlled release tablets and Felodipine controlled release tablets associated combination each with Metoprolol, Lisinopril or Hydrochlorothiazide in the 12 weeks treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension in China.

Methods: Multicenter, random samples, and open study have been processed.
