Otomastoiditis caused by mycobacterial infections is uncommon and recalcitrant. Its clinical presentations, sometimes similar to those of common chronic suppurative otitis media, make diagnosis difficult. This retrospective study analyzed the clinical features, treatment course, and therapeutic outcomes of patients with mycobacterial otomastoiditis.
