[A case of calculus in male urethral diverticulum].

A 39-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of micturition pain and swelling of the penoscrotal junction. On physical examination,a hard mass was palpated in the penoscrotal junction. Retrograde urethrography demonstrated a calculus in the diverticulum of the anterior urethra.
