The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) on the normal fertilization rate of oocytes and the clinical pregnancy rate of cycles in male infertility. Eighty cases of male infertility patients attending our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with in vitro fertilization (IVF), and the observation group was treated with ICSI.
