Background: N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification plays a crucial role in the progression of various cancers, including pancreatic cancer, by regulating gene expression. However, the specific mechanisms by which m6A affects pancreatic cancer metastasis remain unclear. This study aims to elucidate the role of METTL16, an m6A writer gene, in regulating core genes such as CAPN2 and MROH8, influencing tumor growth and metastasis.

We performed a cross-sectional study and collected relevant data from 1115 adults between November 2019 and August 2020.

After modeling, the rats are randomly divided into groups, namely, control and 3 times/w and 6 times/w exercise rats, with 12 rats in each group. After the rats of each group are modeled, the myocardial tissue and cells are collected, the apoptosis of myocardial cells is detected by TUNEL method, and the protein expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 in myocardial tissue are detected by western blotting.

Siraitia grosvenorii was an important Chinese traditional medicine. The spectra of leaf of diploid, triploid and tetraploid Siraitia grosvenorii were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) with OMNI sampler directly, fast and accurately. And based on the indices of wave number-absorbance from different bands and through comparison of differences of these infrared spectra the ploidy difference and genetic relationship of Siraitia grosvenorii were studied by the methods of principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis.
