Background: FcγRI, a pivotal cell surface receptor, is implicated in diverse immune responses and is ubiquitously expressed on numerous immune cells. However, its role in intracellular bacterial infections remains understudied.

Methods: Wild-type (WT) and FcγRI knockout (FcγRI-KO) mice were inoculated intranasally with a specific dose of C.

Chlamydia infections commonly afflict both humans and animals, resulting in significant morbidity and imposing a substantial socioeconomic burden worldwide. As an obligate intracellular pathogen, Chlamydia interacts with other cell organelles to obtain necessary nutrients and establishes an intracellular niche for the development of a biphasic intracellular cycle. Eventually, the host cells undergo lysis or extrusion, releasing infectious elementary bodies and facilitating the spread of infection.

Background: Due to the unfavorable prognosis associated with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), the development of targeted therapies and immunotherapies is essential. Cuproptosis, an emerging form of regulated cell death, is implicated in mitochondrial metabolism and is induced by copper ions. This study aimed to explore the prognostic value of cuproptosis- and immune-related genes (CIRGs) in LUAD.
